The Relationship between Life Science, Human Body Science and Qi Gong

In the past year since the program was on the air, we have been highly supported by friends. We received high volume of letters from all over the world. Although we are unable to reply to all the letters, we are inspired by the love, expectation and encouragement from our friends to work harder and return our friends’ love and favor.

Dear audience, as the length of each episode of Kilin (Tianhua) Culture special program has been extended, audience became more and more interested in Life Science and more and more questions have been put forward. In the program in 1994, we are going to invite the major disciple of Life Scientist Zhang Hongbao and the CEO of Zhonggong Enterprises to answer questions to our audience. Recently, some friends asked in their letters: what is this about Life Science, Human Body Science and Qi Gong? What’s the relationship between them? Here we have the director of International Life Science Institute, Prof. Long Linyan, to talk about how she understands these questions.

Life Science is a subject studying the rules of how everything in the universe comes into being, develops, Yin-Yang switch and disappears. National Science Committee positions Life Science and Bioengineering as the No. 4 on the list of 14 Hi Technologies. Qi Gong is only a very small part of Life Science, but it is very important.

Qi Gong studies human health-care, longevity, etc, at the same time, it includes developing human specialty capacity. It is part of Human Body Science. Human Body Science is a branch of Life Science, and it is made up of Medicine, Qi Gong, Specialty Skills.

Life Science studies everything in the universe. It includes vegetation, animals and human bodies these life phenomena; it also includes rivers, lakes and seas, mountains, valleys, stars, the universe, etc., these lifeless phenomena.

Tianhua philosophy thinks that everything can be divided as Yin and Yang. Yang is some obvious substance. It exists in the form of particles. It can be seen and touched. Yin is invisible, and untouchable. It exists in the form of intelligent waves. Yin and Yang combines and becomes compounds. Tianhua Life Science thinks that everything is compound and everything is intelligent. Everything that has intelligence belongs in the sphere of life; therefore, Life Science covers everything in the universe.

Why is it that Life Science includes Qi Gong and Human Body Science? The human body is a small universe itself; every part of it can find the corresponding points in the Universe. If we can study human body completely, we can decode the whole Universe. To study human body, we shouldn’t stop at the level of anatomy, molecular biology, and cytology; we should study the further, compound substance, i.e. human body Yin and Yang substances, Yin functions and Yang functions. We not only should study how Yang body can enjoy longevity, treat diseases, but also study the functions and development of Yin (intelligence). And what’s more important is to study the important ways to liberate human body and soul and master the issue of controlling Yin-Yang and Yin-Yang switch. About all these issues, the simplest and only correct way to decode, which is also proved to be effective in practice, is not to rely on the modern science to dissect, to differentiate, and to do lab tests, but to rely on the research of the combination of Qi Gong and Specialty Skills. Among the two, Qi Gong is the best path.

Qi Gong is the breakthrough point in the Life Science. Even though it starts at a low level, its achievements have become the laurels of Life Science. Qi Gong is the important section that connects to the whole Life Science.

Life Science starts at popularizing Qi Gong so as to further decode human body mystery and decode everything in the Universe. In another word, Life Science is using the popularization of Qi Gong as a carrier, and is an Observatory based on. Yet, we are different from ordinary Qi Gong. We study the scientific rules in Qi Gong, from the points of view of Life Science, Human Body Science. We study Qi Gong, not only its disease-treating effects, but also to decode Specia Skills. We aim differently. This way, we raised Qi Gong up to the level of Life Science, Human Body Science and brought Qi Gong which is the ancient Chinese treasure into the field of contemporary latest science.
